Christina Lamb, the writer of Malala's book, comments on the appointment of General Raheel Sharif As Army Chief in her latest tweets and says "Gen Raheel Sharif takes over as Pak's new army chief tomorrow. Big question - which Sharif will be most powerful man in Pak?"
