
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan met with the army chief and the prime minister prior to the start of the All Parties Conference. Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and DG ISI were also present in this meeting.
Sources said that the purpose of this meeting was to assess what might be the result out of the proposed dialogue with the Taliban, how many groups could be brought on the table for talks and which group would respond in what manner.
Imran Khan also presented his proposals prior to the APC and also apprised the Army chief and DG ISI of his reservations, sources said.
