چیچہ وطنی میں بریلوی علماء کی جانب سے درخواست دینے پر پولیس نے توصیف شہزاد نامی شخص کے خلاف 295 سی کے تحت توہینِ رسالت کا مقدمہ درج کرلیا۔ ایف آئی آر کے متن کے مطابق توصیف شہزاد نے مبینہ طور پر پیغمبر اسلام ﷺ کے بارے میں فیس بک پر نازیبا جملے لکھے۔ مزید تفصیل ایف آئی آر کی کاپی میں ملاحظہ کی جاسکتی ہے۔
